Core Promise: We do not read, inspect, monetize, train AI models on, or permanently store any document you upload to Online Marg.
02. Document Processing Architecture
We deploy two distinct processing tiers based on the technical demands of your file:
- In-Browser WebAssembly Operations: Utilities such as Merge PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, and basic Compression run purely inside your web browser’s memory sandbox using WebAssembly. In these actions, your document bytes never touch our remote cloud servers.
- Server-Side Conversion Pipelines: For complex format conversions (e.g., PDF to Word, OCR scans, or complex spreadsheets), documents are transmitted over military-grade TLS 1.3 encrypted SSL tunnels into isolated volatile sandboxes.
- Automated 60-Minute Auto-Purge: Any file uploaded for server processing is completely shredded and permanently deleted from our temporary storage within 60 minutes via an automated cron daemon.
03. Information We Collect
Because no mandatory user account registration or credit card details are required to use our core document utilities, we collect only minimal technical diagnostics:
- Server Log Data: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic headers (anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agent, operating system, and request timestamps) to prevent DDoS attacks and maintain uptime.
- Voluntary Newsletter Subscribers: If you voluntarily join our updates list in the footer, your email is stored securely in our database solely for product announcements. You can unsubscribe anytime with a single click.
- Contact Communications: If you submit a query via our contact form, your name, email, and inquiry are used exclusively to provide technical support.
